Wow this is simply superb shot. It’s a the best shot I have seen till now.
I like the diagonal lines--the fishers, the waves, the net. The light on the net is lovely. The boat in the background is placed just right.

Great composition and lighting, love the light on the net and how you have arranged everybody in the frame. I like that beautiful sky in the background but I would have liked to see just a little more detail in the fishermen. If you are shooting RAw you might be able to reclaim some of that detail (although that might not ne to your taste).
